Not sit. This page is how I decide where my own money goes, and what I do about it. This is my own allocation; what you do with yours is yours.
This people has way too much money they have no idea what to do with. And paying for mortgage is bad option, nothing the god has sent us here for.
Someone earns more than they can spend, does not know what to do with it, and buys a third apartment. Nothing is produced. One fewer home is available to live in, because it stopped being a dwelling and became an asset. The money went where it could sit safely and grow, and growing is all it does.
That is not an abuse of the system. It is the ordinary behaviour of capital that has run out of things to do. The problem is not that people have money. It is that money with nothing to do starts earning anyway.
The respectable answer to money with nothing to do is to park it where it pays: an account, a bond, a fund. For my own money I do not want that, for the same reason as the apartment. A return that arrives whether or not anything got built is a return I did not earn.
This is how I allocate my own money. It is not a rule I hold anyone else to, and it is not a verdict on credit. A loan that funds a real transaction between two working businesses moves goods and buys capability, which is the thing this page is for.
The line I care about is cannibalising against building: money that eats itself to sit still, against money that buys the ability to make something.
This is not abstract for me. It is how I decide what to buy:
I am not ok to pay 500 AED for 1kg of pewter or tin. But I am ok to pay 10k for a rig that will allow us to get that from junk.
Twenty times the money, and it is the correct decision, because one buys a material and the other buys a capability, and the capability keeps producing after the money is spent. Same reasoning made scrap melting a hard constraint on the casting plan: not thrift, but a refusal to keep buying an input I could learn to make. That plan is parked now, set down as too complex and dangerous to run at home for the moment, and the reasoning stands.
Other people from the world should be able to copy anything I do, or pick up and move forward. I have so many verticals and they will be coming. This is how the humanity lotus can unfold, can you feel it?
So everything gets published as it is made: the designs, the generators, the measurements, and the things that turned out to be wrong. Not when it is finished and polished. As it happens, including what failed this morning.
Put on web everything we do, including user friendly diagrams, so we kill 2 birds: I understand and give feedback, and we get it already live for others to take.
The catalogue is at take.senku.im. Nothing is owed for any of it.
A page that says take this, you owe nothing and then shows you an invoice has made two incompatible offers, and the small one poisons the large one. An ask with a reward attached turns the gift into a transaction, and then neither one is honest.
If you have money doing nothing, the useful move is not to send it here. Put it into something real near you, and accept that you might lose it. If you want to give me something, take a branch and run with it.
I will put my power to let their energy flow. For a long time I have a belief of my purpose being enabling others.
That is the whole thing, and the money argument is downstream of it. Capital that sits is energy not flowing. Work nobody can copy is energy not flowing. A design on my disk helps nobody; the same design forked by a stranger is doing work.
